 First Week:  Two (2) Face-to-Face sessions


 Second Week:  I will join you in one workout and two (2) phone coach sessions.

 Third Week: Three (3) 10-minute phone sessions.

 

Fourth Week: Three (3) Face-to-Face workout sessions and goal setting.


After the first month of sessions, we will work on a Daily Winning Champion Agenda.
